Meditation
Isn't it not consciousness that we need?  

Awareness of who we are, what we are not, our desires, our abilities, our disabilities, our reactions, our operations, etc .....  

The awareness of all this leads us little by little to serenity, peace, calm, joy and love.  

The meditation sessions are organized as follows :  

- 15 minutes of body scan. The body scan is a listening of the body, while lying on the back. It is a good way to leave the world from where we arrive (the work, the family, ...) to enter a listening of oneself. This body scan is guided. It brings relaxation and internalization.  

- 20 minutes of yin yoga. Yin yoga is a meditative yoga where you hold the postures for 3 to 5 minutes, while listening to your body. The postures are adaptable to fit everyone and not to be painful. This yoga is accessible to all, no need to have done yoga before. There is no ideal posture to reach, there is to listen and explore his body in different postures. This yoga acts on tendons, ligaments, fascias, meridians, and consequently on all our organs. It brings health, relaxation, and concentration.  

- 35 minutes of silent meditation while sitting, on the floor or on a chair. Meditation inspired by mindfulness and non-dual meditation. We listen to our body, our emotions, our thoughts, and the environment, in an attitude of openness, exploration, and non-judgment. There is only one way to know if it suits you : it's to try !
